I have been very lazy lately and I've gained 3.4 lbs :/ But I'm starting my diet again today!

How are your workouts going guys? I just started 30DS today, some parts were hard for me and I had to take a short break to drink some water, but it will get easier with time so I think it's not too hard.

Unfortunately I don't know how much I burn on my step machine exactly, so I always log 400 per hour. That would mean I burned 1200 on Saturday and 1200 today.
