  • Starting (Current) Weight: 182.2 Challenge Goal Weight: 162.2 Ultimate Goal Weight: 155 My high weight was in the low 190s. I got down to 158-159 with MFP and kept it for a while. Then I stopped logging my food (big mistake), started eating more, and over the last year have slowly gone back up to 182.2. Hoping to get back…
  • This is going really slowly for me. I think it is because I'm pretty comfortable where I am and only have about 10 lbs. to my final goal. Hoping for a better week this week. • One winter when I was running a lot on the treadmill I started watching the Breaking Bad series on Netflix. I found the show addictive, which added to my motivation to go run so I could catch the next episode

  • Weekends! I'm fine during the week when I am on a schedule and working. Weekends are the time for big family breakfast, snacks arounds the house, etc. I'd love more time and motivation to exercise more, but I do fine with the weight lost with just the calorie deficit.

  • Just joining the group! Good luck everyone. Did the 2013 Group and found it really helpful through the holidays. • I think we have a troll here. He has no other posts. Despite claiming to religiously be tracking everything he eats through MFP, he's been a member for no more than 6 days. I simply do not believe that a 23 year old is eating 1300 calories a day, exercising regularly. and not losing any weight.
  • I think it is possible I am the worse team leader ever. Sorry all! Anyway, back today after a tragic week for me. I went to Italy at the end of May (three days in Rome for my step-daughters graduation :-) and ate whatever I wanted. This was fine as I also walked ALL day every day I was there and came back without any…
  • I'm with you both (Annie & Zanne) on the weekend issue. I am trying really hard this weekend to stay on track, but I do unusually spend the first part of the week getting back to where I was on Friday! I am more active on weekends, so that helps offset my overeating some. Zanne, I am sure the cottage is as wonderful as you…
  • Good Morning Team! Hope everyone had a good week! It took me all week, but I ate well, drank lots of water, and exercised a bunch and am aback down (159 today). I now officially have a "normal" BMI :-) Now I just need to hold on to my motivation!
  • For meeting people, try meetup.com. It is not a dating site, so you won't have the Hook up problem associated with Craigslist. Meetup has groups getting together for a wide variety of activities -- just depends what you like. Hiking, lunch, drinks, yoga, etc. Good luck!
  • Sorry all, I'm up 2.2 lbs. this week! Assuming/hoping it is water :-(
  • Sorry you are having a hard time! Its been a bad few days for me, but in my case for no particular reason. I do much better when I am following a pretty strict routine. If I have potato chips around and plan to eat a few, half the bag is gone before I know it (this was what happened to me today). I also do much better if I…
  • Thanks for the update Zanne! Congratulations. You look beautiful! So glad to hear the day was wonderful :-)
  • Nice job gtdattitude! I also go up on weekend and back down during the week, but didn't have a loss over the weekend so not sure how the week is going to turn out yet. I was also wondering on the wedding. Has anyone heard from Zanne?
  • Bit of a rough week for all of us here on Team Forrest (except Mahi33 who rocked). That being said, we are still here and committed for the duration :-) Congratulations to this weeks winners!
  • The good thing about TOM bloat is that the following week you may lose twice as much :-)
  • Hi All! Hope everyone is having a good week. I was okay during the start of my vacation, but then kinda fell apart over the weekend and carried that over to yesterday and today. Its weird, but when I know I have over indulged I feel as though I have simply wasted all my hard work. I have to remind myself that I am not…
  • Your mustang is beautiful!
  • Hope everyone had a good week. I am on vacation and have eaten far more than usual. Not an insane amounts (but who can resist ice cream while outside in Florida). On the other hand, much more active than normal -- NINE hours at Legoland yesterday had to have burned some calories! Anyway, I can't weigh in reliably until I…
  • My answers are above following each question. I love our local schools and my kids are doing well so I may not be the most helpful re: areas of improvement, etc.
  • I completely agree. You look great. Thanks for posting!
  • Awesome job! You look great.
  • Grat job everyone on this week's numbers! I'm heading to the airport but will try to check in this week. I may miss the next weigh in (or it may not be accurate as will be a scale on the road if I can find one), so apologies in advance. Hope everyone has a great week.
  • Hope everyone had a great week! For the first time in over 15 years I am in the 150s (barely, but I'm there). Less than a pound to go before I have a "normal" BMI. I leave tomorrow for vacation (Florida, yeah!), so next week might be tough. I am going to try to keep checking in, but may not be able to do a weigh in on…
  • Awesome job all! Jen, you had a great week. Don't worry about the past, you will be in those size 8s before you know it. Me, I'm in 8s for my Kasper suits, but not jeans yet. My next mini goal is to get to 159 -- at which point I will his a "normal" BMI for the first time in years. Next goal is not to gain weight when I'm…
  • I would assume as long as you log in each week, the particular day doesn't matter. Great job on your first week!
