    Had family over for morning tea and the Melting Moments were way too nice 😉
    I can see the point of at least tracking. In the past I would just think, oh I've blown it, I might as well keep going and start back tomorrow, but I now realise all is not lost by going over a few hundred calories occasionally. It's better to track and rein it in.

    Had a really bad two days foodwise. Valentines had two plates of oldfashioned Aussie Chinese, but I did manage to walk four miles. Yesterday had protein balls, donut and cupcake from my boss and husband (who works at my workplace).. Very hard to say no. Don't miss fatty foods at all. Has affected the scales this am. Today I'm super tired but determined to exercise.

    Exercised:- 14 and 15 - yes...treadmill. Severe rain storms on and off 14th, cool and cloudy today. More rain tonight.
    Calories:- Yes - both days. 15 hasn't ended but I know what I'm making for dinner and already tracked.
    Tracked:- yes for both days.

    Not happy, don't think I deserve a gain this week, let alone over a lb. I've exercised 3 times since my last weigh in and haven't gone over calories, albeit eating back exercise calories sometimes. Maintenance I would have accepted. Hopefully I can make up for it next week. I know how much I can fluctuate for all sorts of reasons!
