Well cleaning the house for the real estate was worth it, to lose so much weight! Just my stuff now, inside the fridge and cleaning the car. The house looks better than when we've moved in six months ago!2

Exercised? No, but walked 7km to and from the dentist today
Calories? Yes (but ate a fair few of my Fitbit calories)

Had to go for an emergency visit to the dentist today after I lost a chunk of tooth on the weekend. Good news is it was a very quick and painless fix, and pretty much a permanent one! Biggest damage was to my wallet! Still feeling a bit sorry for myself though.7 -
