Well cleaning the house for the real estate was worth it, to lose so much weight! Just my stuff now, inside the fridge and cleaning the car. The house looks better than when we've moved in six months ago!2

Exercised? No, but walked 7km to and from the dentist today
Calories? Yes (but ate a fair few of my Fitbit calories)

Had to go for an emergency visit to the dentist today after I lost a chunk of tooth on the weekend. Good news is it was a very quick and painless fix, and pretty much a permanent one! Biggest damage was to my wallet! Still feeling a bit sorry for myself though.7 -

Down 1.6 pounds.
Finally going in the right directions after I had big gains the previous 2 weeks.
Gained 1.3 pounds last week and gained 3.4 pounds the previous week which was disastrous!
Need to re-lose 3.8 pounds to get back to my December 19th weight of 140.8 pounds.
Oh yoi, still lots of work to be done!
I did it more than once before I just have to buckle down and do it again!

Well done! I find the last five almost impossible to lose! I lose inches but not pounds some months, so worth measuring your waist etc. Hope it's easier with you0 -

Exercise: Yes
Calories/ Track: No -- still having a hard time being consistent here! But, my meals have been in my wheelhouse of maintenance meals, and I was below 160 again this morning.
I've got a long commuting day tomorrow, and will have pre-planned meals most of the day, so that will help with getting back on track with tracking.
Also, my cold appears to be mostly gone! I finished up my 30-day muscle-building routine yesterday, and I've returned to the hasfit "Motive" program today with a 40-min tabata cardio routine. I've avoided any hiit since mid-December when it got hard to breathe, and I have to admit, I didn't entirely love it today, but I was able to get through everything pretty successfully. One benefit to returning to the "motive" plan is that they include a regular stretching/mobility day each week, and I know I've been feeling the lack of that over the last month.
