Well, darn. I'm attributing this to having a pass day from my Ultimate Accountability Challenge on Thursday. Had a bit more salt and sugar than I usually have and I don't think it's out of my system just yet.
Overall, I have nothing to complain about as I'm still down a total of 5.6 lbs since January 1st. And I know I've been losing more inches as my clothes are feeling better and/or looser. Just have to remember the weight on the scale is just one part of the journey. And I'll get it back off.2 -

Sorry for late weigh in team - my living room ceiling collapsed yesterday so I've been somewhat distracted - thankfully I and my cat narrowly avoided the debris and despite my laptop being on the sofa and the TV taking a big hit of old, heavy plaster and falling down - both survived, whew! Now to find a builder ASAP...
My gain is due to a manic week (new exhibition opening in the Gallery I work at) of very long days and late nights so no exercise and no tracking and living hand to mouth. Only myself to blame. Back on it next week, as long as my house doesn't fall down! See you all in March.2 -
