Its been about a year and a half so far. I eat about 1500 calories though, and I go to the gym 5-6 days a week burning about 400-500 calories per day. I track my macros, and I carb cycle when I need a change of pace. Just remember that it wont come off in 2 weeks, because it didnt go on all in 2 weeks. This year though,…

ok - so you want me to reduce my carbs to what exactly? Im under 14 net grams per day most days ,and under 30 grams net carbs other days. thats not a lot of carbs already.

as I stated in the original post, I WEIGH EVERYTHING in grams.

it was one pizza slice that's just how it scanned in. If I use cooking oil I track it. If you don't see it in my diary its because I didn't use it that day I typically grill my chicken so that I don't have to use cooking oils at all.

There is no way <1500 calories is my maintenance calories.

My appointment was for blood work panels to check why I wasn't losing weight. They checked my thyroid.

i have technically lost like 1/2 inch on all parts, but at 188 pounds I still have fat left to lose. Lean women dont weigh 188 pounds lol, more like 140. Im just ready to see the numbers drop again.

lol if this is the problem, im going to die laughing. My scale can give me 5 different numbers all in a 5 minute time frame. I bet its dead. buying a new one tonight.

I had blood work done about 3 weeks ago to test everything and they said I was normal. That shouldve been great news, but it didnt answer my question unfortunately. sigh...

I cycle in smaller increments. 2 low carb days, 1 high carb day.

thank you - yes, I WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY over thought this, and i shouldve stuck to my gut. I got all twisted up and *kitten* deep in numbers that didnt matter while trying to be accurate.

my exercise is steady cardio. I run, walk, hike, etc. I used to lift but currently that isnt an option as I moved and the gyms here dont have a daycare.

To add, I have a deficit of about 6,000 per week from exercise and eating at 1600 net calories total per day. That SHOULD be an almost 2 pound loss per week... yet im not dropping. at. all.
