I love raw milk! Sooo good! I think you should be able to get it at any natural food store in your area. That happens to me if I am not hydrated enough. I always have to make sure that I drink alot on days that I run or my leg muscles feel terrible.

I used Livestrong to check my BMR. It was 1535 which was higher than MFP said. My weightloss had stalled until I increased my calories from 1200 as suggested by MFP to 1500 and added exercise to that. Have lost 3 lbs in less than a week since making the change:D
