Thanks guys. I clearly need to log things more accurately and not rely on selecting from MFP options coz like u said other people put them on so I’m relying on them getting it right. Your advise has been really useful. Let’s hope I start to see a shift I really want to beat this.

Thanks that’s really helpful. For most things it says on the box i.e steak pie what the calorie is per pie or per slice of bread so I go off that instead of measuring. I measure everything with electronic scales either per gram or once depending on how it’s logged on MFP. For the smoothie iv weighed it all out individually…

I have an office job where I am desk based for 3 days which doesn’t help because I feel like I hardly move. I only reach about 6500 steps but on my 4 days off I’m going over the 10,000 steps.

Yeah I’m weighing everything and I’m fairly sure I’m being accurate. I’ve not eaten store packaged food for ages so I’m doing stuff from scratch. Maybe I have a very slow metabolism. I do suffer with constipation always have since being little so that prob doesn’t help. Argh

Im 5.2 and nearly 10 stone. My goal is 8.5. That’s when I’m normally at my most comfortable but was about 4 years ago. I log everything I eat and whilst 1200 calories is not a lot I’m not particularly struggling cuz I eat lots of healthy slow energy realising foods.

What is the healthiest peanut butter you can buy ? Iv noticed the one I get from Aldi contains palm oil. I’m not sure if that’s good oil or not but I believe it’s bad for the environment in terms of deforestation

I’m thinking of doing the 16 hour fast maybe twice a week. Is that enough for weight loss ?

Now I look again it does say share with a friend so it is 2 portions. Argh. It was yummy by the way. Bit thick so I added some cold water.
