No sound
I can’t get the sound to come on for any of the MFP blog videos. Anyone else had this problem ? My volume is turned up and iv double checked with you tube videos and they work.

Help it’s not working
So I’ve been on a 1200-1500 calorie diet for a month now. I’m eating incredibly healthy, walking much more and generally exercising more and iv put 2lbs on ! Feel like I’m loosing my mind. Anyone have any tips or suggestions of what I could be doing wrong ?

Squat challenge
I started the 30 day squat challenge 2 weeks ago. Is it normal for my thighs to hurt more than my butt ? My butt isn’t sore at all. Iv watched the YouTube videos of the technique and I’m fairly sure I’m doing Them correct.

Pilates for beginners
So all the videos I’ve found for Pilates are quite advanced and I can’t get the technique right particularly core control. Can anyone recommend Pilates for beginners videos to help me get the technique right and build my core strength ? It’s been weeks and I’m no better off.

I struggle with aerobic exercises that involve jumping as I have an week bladder so my aim is to do plenty of walking and Pilates. Will this help with weight / fat loss or is this more for toning ?

MFP berry peanut smoothie
Just made the My Fitness Pal berry peanut smoothie that was posted a couple of days ago and it’s mega yummy. Just a bit concerned the calories may be wrong. Exercise gives me more calorie allowance.
Is there a way of turning this off ? When I exercise I’d rather burn them calories off. At the minute the app increases your calorie allowance when you exercise.

30 day shred
I've started the 30 day shred. I've got about a stone to loose. Just coming into my second week and whilst it does make me sweat I'm not aching very much off it. I really want to work my stomach more than anything but I never feel I do sit ups correctly and despite following the DVD carefully my stomach doesn't ache at all…
