30 day shred

I've started the 30 day shred. I've got about a stone to loose. Just coming into my second week and whilst it does make me sweat I'm not aching very much off it. I really want to work my stomach more than anything but I never feel I do sit ups correctly and despite following the DVD carefully my stomach doesn't ache at all after doing it. I am only on level 1 though. Does anyone have any experience with this work out?

    You can crunch until your abs seize up and refuse to allow you to move, and it won't make a visible difference unless you lose the weight on top of it. 30DS is a circuit cardio workout, not a strength routine, so someone who is relatively in shape probably won't get super sore. It's also good to note that soreness is NOT always an indicator of work accomplished.
