I like em all! I don't put a lot on my salad tho, never have. I only use 1 tbsp for my salad, I read somewhere that the dressing is supposed to enhance the flavors in the salad, not cover them up!! This is supposed to be a lifestyle change, but you are also supposed to enjoy what you eat.

I didn't when I was trying to loose, but now in maintenance mode I do bc I am consistently low on protein and calcium and adding it in here in there helps out. And I only drink fat free or skim.

I have been on maintain mode for about a month now, I have actually still been loosing weight. Don't stress about it, and take it up slowly if you need to. I was really worried at first too, but it really hasn't been a problem. Takes a while to loose that "gotta eat low cal" mentality! Good luck to you!

I am on the go a lot and I have the same problem, I keep snacks in my car so I don't pig out on "bad" stuff! I keep triscuits, beef jerky, and a fruit and nut mixture. Yes, if eat actually physically eat less than 1000-1200 everyday then u are putting ur body in starvation mode. Your net calories isn't what u go on for that tho, but if I were you I would eat more calories, especially on days you work out.
