If you eat roughly your TDEE, you will maintain.
If you eat less, you will lose.
If you eat more, you will gain.

Ideally, you should have been ramping up slowly as you got closer to your goal. But you can just ramp up now. Try a couple hundred calories a week.

YES! I am maintaining but I also workout 5-6 days a week. As long as I keep exercising I don't have to pay too much attention to food. I eat the same breakfast and lunch ( about 300 calories) as when I was dieting but I have more room for error with dinner.

    Congratulations!!!!

There is a reason your calories are upped when you go from losing to maintaining. You don't need as big of a deficit anymore, so you're able to eat more! Enjoy it, don't worry :D

I have been on maintain mode for about a month now, I have actually still been loosing weight. Don't stress about it, and take it up slowly if you need to. I was really worried at first too, but it really hasn't been a problem. Takes a while to loose that "gotta eat low cal" mentality! Good luck to you!

I have been maintaining for a month. I haven't gained any weight. I actually lost a pound and lost 2 inches of my waist.

I actually eat quite a bit. I exercise a lot, so I can eat a lot. I eat over 2000 calories a day.
