Ok I think I've got this figured out, let me know if I'm wrong! By adding breastfeeding as an exercise, I am basically adding 500 calories to my Net Calories amount? So if I do that then I don't need to up my calories by 500? I just need to do one or the other, not both right? Cause if I do both then I'm really adding 1000…

Do I add the 500 calories to Net Calories Consumed/Day? When I switched it to maintain my current weight it said 1700 Net Calories so do I change that number to 2200 or do I add the extra 500 in somewhere else? I'm confused cause it says Net Calories = Total Calories - calories burned. Sorry so many questions!

I am really confused by this also. Wouldn't eating add calories and exercising subtract calories?

Thank you! :smile: I'm really just wanting to make sure that I am eating and drinking enough. I get busy at times and forget to eat and drink (weird I know, how in the world do I forget to eat? I'm just getting started at this and just started the 30 day shred yesterday and I am sore! I'm hoping I can do it 5 or 6 days a week though. :smile: I guess we'll see if I can handle it again tomorrow! My calves are sooo sore!

Ugh! That sucks! I don't know what I would do, I think the digital would be more accurate but I'm not sure. Can you go by a dr's office and see what their scale says? I know that sounds kind of extreme but at least you'd have a better guess at which is more accurate. I think I'd rather find out than stick with the old one…

I've been taking 30 minute walks while pushing my 2 year old daughter in our jogging stroller with 1lb ankle weights. How do I enter that?
