this week I felt I did well. I was within my calories all week and in fact last night I didn't eat all of them. Wednesday and Friday I didn't get all my water and that is all I can think of.

I thought I'd do better that .3 lbs ( point three) I had been losing 1.5 lbs. I would have been okay with 1 lbs. I'm just going to go back to bed and tomorrow... I'm going to enjoy my Super Bowl food.... Its so frustrating when you try and nothing...

I can totally relate...I've lost a whopping pound this week. And it does fel like nothing. But last week I had gone up a little, so I need to be prund of myself for getting the scale to go back down.

I've been feeling off and on discouraged...which is how I am guessing you are feeling. Somebody sent me an amazing post, that made me realize this is all normal, and that I will eventually get to my goal. I'll try to find it and post it for you.

What I did notice is that changing up my exerise routine in a drastic way really helped get the loss going again. I sort-of shocked my body by doing The Shred. It's amazing. You look at the moves and they seem so easy, but when you put them togther it really revs your metabolism I would highly recommend it...I bought it on-line from Target.com. I will warn you, it's hard on the knees, so if you have knee problems, you may need to do soemthing else or modlify BIG TIME.

Hang in there! And I will look for that post for you. :flowerforyou:

Your doing great! Just keep it up! :flowerforyou:

Just curious...when do you weigh? In the morning? I'm knew to this so I'm not sure when the best/most accurate time a day to weigh is. I'm guessing in the morning is the best time (and as long as you weigh at the same time everyday). I know for me, my weight is slightly different depending on the time of day.

I weigh myself every Saturday morning.

amunet07:flowerforyou: You keeping up with your tape measure?? That might be the thing to do when the scale doesn't show much. Kick it under the bed for the week and do measurements and watch those inches melting away.... a great source of measurement that I find much more rewarding than a scale.:drinker:

weigh yourself first thing in the morning while undressed. Through the day you will gain a little from eating and drinking water. If you want an average do it in the morning and at the end of the day.

I'm thinking about excising today instead of sleeping... then drink alot of water and try again tomorrow AM on the scale. (usually I only weight myself once a week -Sat. AM-) but I will try weighing again.. like you said.. take an average.

    Thanks:flowerforyou:
