I lost 35 lbs total last year, I let 15ish creep back on. Luckily I didn't gain it all back, but I was starting to get tight pants and miserable headaches. Now I've realized I'll never be one of those girls who can't eat right and doesn't exercise. Oh well, hard work, bring it on.

Brush your teeth before heading out. You won't eat candy if it tastes wonky from toothpaste. Also, bring sugar free spearmint gum. Same sentiment. Just do it, girl. You want this. You want to succeed. Succeeding means just don't eat the freakin' candy!! lol

I agree with Herb1968....its the week that really matters. BUT, if its only in the red 50-200 calories, put your walking shoes on, and walk around your block 20 min. Just keep saying "I want this, I'll do anything to get this"
