Have you checked out the Eat Shrink and Be Merry cook books? Regular easy to follow low fat/low cal recipe's. And they are fun to read too.

Hey! I am not down anything this week. I had a stressful week writing the International Lactation Consultant Exam- fingers crossed that it went okay. I think the stress is helping me hold on to the weight, but I ate well and hope to see it gone next week! Congrats on the weight loss!

Hi Everyone! I am down 3lbs this week! Amacd999- I love the french vanilla cappicuccino too and limit myself to one a week that I make at home. I water it down quite a bit, and it is still great!
