A measuring cup. You can buy them in many supermarkets. I personally only list by the weight of something.

It's up to you,but I personally wouldn't do that. If you're losing weight the way things are going, why would you eat less? You can always do that when you stop losing weight? It's quite difficult to stay on a diet/lifestyle change long term. I wouldn't make it any more difficult than it needs to be.

I've been doing this for 5 months now (well tomorrow actually) and I've lost 60.5 pounds. I was morbidly obese at the time though. Obviously the more you have to lose,the quicker it'll go.

I just weighed myself and I'm 114.5 kg/251.9 pounds. Down 0.4 kg /0.9 pounds. :) My BMI is 36.5 now.

I used to weigh myself daily aswell. But I am definitely prepared to weigh in on let's say Fridays. Does everyone agree to this? Or do we just weigh in on our normal day?

I understand you. And anyway,she also had some healthier recipes. The stuffed chickenbreast looked quite good :) She probably doesn't know much about nutrition,but she's hardly the only one is she? And it's not like she'd eat all that salad in 1 time. It's meant as a side dish I think.

I cook it the Egyptian way. Cut in slices and cook with lots of canned chopped tomatoes/ fresh tomato sauce, chopped onions, bell peppers and any spices/salt/pepper you like(I use salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic and curry powder) Serve with rice. You can also put cooked meat inside this.
