I have always washed my hair everyday. I schedule my bath & hair wash after workout. It needs to be washed everyday to look its best and for me to feel at my best.

right now lifting 5 days a week and doing Rip:60 after a brief rest. Keeping my calories fairly high as I need the energy.

animations of the how to of exercises are very helpful. I use JeFit because it has this for the exercises that are in the routines. 5' 2" 114.4 lbs. waist 25" hips 35" final weight doesn't matter. Want wider shoulders, another inch off waist, lose wings under arms, reduce body fat on lower stomach.

first 10 years of my marriage it was in the living room of our single wide mobile home. The next 20 years it has been in the basement of our house where I workout.

I had to step up the fitness intensity as I got older. When younger I could keep in good shape with mostly strength training. Now, it's a combination and for longer sessions. It is working!

Yes, I keep going until I have burnt my quota of calories for each day. I take food with me to my basement workout area to keep energy up and I rest between exercise sessions. It often involves 2 DVDs or more.

Merry Christmas. We did have snow but the rain has washed it away now. I intend to keep up the fitness at the pace I been doing. I got rid of the majority of the body fat during the last year and now I'm working on improving the rest. Hope everyone has a nice Christmas

progress is never in a straight line go by tape measure rather than scale. take pictures every month to see overall progress despite the bumps in that progress (about every 3 or 4 months it shows) changing exercise routine every 8 to 12 weeks to keep motivated and make better progress (assuming trying to maintain muscle)…
