Sherry that saying is very true. Today that is what I did. I did both workouts from TUFFer Phase 2 Strength. Second one a little less intense in order to finish it. Then it was on to Treadmill walking. Enjoy the start of this workout week.

My DWOPs progress is never in a straight line & it takes time along with patience. Please make plans, adjust as necessary & focus on the positive.
