Looking for a few good friends (at maintenance and lifting)

Hey MFPeeps. Anybody out there about my age (43), my size (5'9", 150 lb), at goal weight and lifting heavy? I'm not hardcore, but lifting to keep a nice figure and be strong and healthy. I lift three days a week and am starting stage 3 of NROL4W. I like to keep my friends list smallish so I can be a good friend to everybody, but I'd like to find a few like-mided folks. I'm here every day. Thanks!

(Open to guy friends, too, so disregard the size business!)

    I'm 41 yo, 5'8", and between 175-180 lbs. I'm also guy. I'm on what I call a filthy bulk, not maintaining, doing variations of the 5/3/1 lifting protocol.

    Not your height or age, but love lifting heavy and at maintenance. On here everyday.

    Hi I am 41 and maintaining (5'0" and 100lbs). I just bought NROL4W and have been reading it, but haven't started the program yet. I have been doing P90X for some time, but am bored with it and looking to progress. My main focus has been running, but I am looking to start running less and lifting more, especially for the winter. Planning on lifting 3 days/week and running 3-4. I also do yoga. Add me if you would like.
