I do the same as another comment.. I eat different amounts of calories every day to keep my body always guessing... some days I eat 1200, other days I eat 2000. I exercise 6 times a week and am seeing some good toning and weight loss. I think everyone is different, but this works for me :)

this is super easy and came straight from my nutritionist so is somewhat low fat and is healthy... 1 wholewheat english muffin 1 slice of turkey bacon 1 light babybel 1/2 cup of fruit on the side (I usually pick blueberries, blackberries etc.)

I personally stay away from pre-packaged stuff as they seem to be full of preservatives and sodium, which can slow things down for weight loss. This is a typical day for me. I also recommend Jillian Michaels The Biggest Winner 5 disc DVD set. I only paid $45 for it and all 5 disks (approx. 1/2 hour workout on each) are even more intense than the 30 day shred. do you know where can i find this set?:smile:

I did a DVD called Ripped by Jari Love and saw GREAT results too. I use this if I can't get to bootcamp or want to work out at home. I have a question... if a person eats somewhat unhealthy, but still stays in their calorie amount will they still lose weight? For example, if a person doesn't exactly eat the healthiest one day, but stays within 1200 calories for the day, will they still lose weight? My husband is curious.

Me too! My baby is 5.5 months old. I have been running and just ran my first 5k race on Sunday. I also joined a bootcamp and started eating healthy again (well most of the time). For me, the last few pounds have been a bit difficult to lose, but I am sticking with it. :grumble:

I did this plan a month ago and never gained it back. It worked for me and I haven't had any problems losing a pound a week just from eating healthy after I finished this plan either. For me, I just wanted a kick start after having a baby :smile:
