Help! Why am I gaining weight when I am doing cardio?

Eating healthy vs. eating unhealthy
I have a question... if a person eats somewhat unhealthy, but still stays in their calorie amount will they still lose weight? For example, if a person doesn't exactly eat the healthiest one day, but stays within 1200 calories for the day, will they still lose weight? My husband is curious.

How many calories do you think this burned off?
I just carried my 14 pound baby in a baby carrier and picked up groceries which I carried on my back (they weighed 12 pounds). I walked for about 30 minutes in total. Any guesses on how many calories I burned as I don't have a HRM yet :happy:

Is it ok to use up calories for wine?

Super easy shake
I love this as a morning snack: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (90 calories) 1/2 banana (53 calories) 1/2 cup fat free Strawberry Yogourt (93 calories) 1/2 cup water 236 calories in total! Add all into a blender and pour into a tall glass with a straw... and enjoy!
