How to record Ripped DVDs

Hi: Has anyone done Jari Love's workouts called Ripped? I am doing Ripped Slim and Lean and Ripped 1000 on the weekend, but am not sure how to log it for exercise. Its a combo of weights and cardio:

    I've done one of her videos but it was mostly weights...I have no idea, hopefully someone else sees this post now that I am replying to it...circuit trng maybe? I wear a HRM. :flowerforyou:
