Thank you for saying what I was thinking, I have had surgery.. and have lost over 100 pounds... It is NOT the easy way, it is a massive change of life... one that i am so glad I did! I would do it in a flash... But I have also learnt that everyone is different.... we all deserve to be praised for whatever little or big…

I find I still crave... it is an addiction that you will live with forever.... but it can be done, just as long as you keep getting back on the horse each and everytime.... And remember YOU"VE LOST 32 Pounds! Thats a lot of weight! Keep going!

I have lost over 100 pounds since I started, and have another 6 to go... And I still have those days that I fall off the wagon and then have to fight back to the weight I was then loose a bit more... Cherry's..... LOOOOOVVVVEEE CHERRY'S!! they are super low in Calories... nearly out of season now here, so will miss them until mid year and can get some yummy Californian Cherry's in!

I'm doing the C25K as well.... up to week 3 day 2.... am really loving it!! I always said "I'm not a runner" but I am doing my best to change it... I have lost a total of 50kg, and now can actually jog.... who'd a thunk it! Are you still doing the C25K? or just running on your own?
