Im quite big framed too....well what I mean is I would never look right as size uk 6 or 8. I'm naturally a curvy girl. Some people might believe different though. Glad you are doing well and feeling good about being on track again!! Coll :flowerforyou:

That's fantastic...I really wouldn't worry about losing quick the first couple months...I've been to slimming clubs before and i've seen people lose 7lb in their first week. Keep it up x

Hi Mike I am very new to this myself. 1380kcals seems low for a man anyway especially when you exercise. I would definitely think by increasing your exercise you can eat more! Wish I could help you more but don't want to tell you to do something if its wrong. Well done for losing 4lb already! Good Luck Coll x

I personally think all scales are different and as long as you are going by 1 set of scales and not weighing yourself more than once a week. You should be fine! x

Thanks for all the different opinions and views everyone has given me! I will keep them all on board... I'm not really an exercise person so at the moment i'm just thinking every little helps! Then will progress...Ok so more fruit and veg to bulk out my calories... def can't drink more than 6-8 pints. Makes me feel like I am drowing! :noway: Thanks for you :flowerforyou: help!

I definitely couldn't drink much more water when they say cups I mean pints lol. So I'm having at least 6 pints a day. I do cook just find it difficult sometimes with work and my partner. We try and make a point of eating together, my meals in the evening are always something with potatoes and vegetables. x

I didnt realise mug shots were bad? I love them because it is quick and easy...I always have fruit after. Unfortunately I haven't got time to spend a lot of time in the kitchen...Wish I had though lol.
