It feels so great to be back on track. Eating right and exercising has given my mood such a boost and I really needed it! The one thing that I have always struggled with even at my lowest weight is my body style. I feel as though I have a wide frame and even when I went from my HW of 204 to my lowest of 155 i still felt that I was extremely wide. Anyone have any exercise tips for slimming or is this just my frame?

Im quite big framed too....well what I mean is I would never look right as size uk 6 or 8. I'm naturally a curvy girl. Some people might believe different though.
Glad you are doing well and feeling good about being on track again!!

What has gotten me with my weight loss (in a good way) is how just walking very briskly 45 minutes a day and I got so narrow! Which is what I think you were looking for.
Good luck!0
