I work out in the afternoon and I have to eat something with high carb or I am done for. Learned the lesson the hard way when my sugar crashed at the gym. I am diabetic so when I do a really hard work out I need the carb to keep going. I normally eat about 10-15 mins be for starting my work out .

for clothing check out Ross dress for less. Do none of you know how to tailor in you clothing to make a size last a little longer. I always had to take in my pant leg and shirt waist to have them fit right. Sometime a tailor can be your best friend.

You need to find out what will get you to do it. My last straw was when dh told me I had 1 year to lose the weight or i was out the door. He dose not what to see me die at 40. I started out at 324 and down 10 pounds in two weeks. I work my back side off 5 days a week in the gym just to lose those 10 pounds.

My strong dislike of being sweaty. I do get sweaty now however the first thing on my mind when i am done with my work out is the hottest shower i can get and a good scrub.

I don't really do cheat days. I get a small chocolate fix each day, If i would like something I work it in for the day calories or i work my back side off at the gym to make sure i have the calories to have it.

I work out 5 days a week Monday-Friday. I do 30-60 min Cardio and 30-40 mins of weight training. I am at 1600 cals a day and do not eat back the one i burn off to often. I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

i cant use that style of head phone. My head phone rock when they are used with my phone. I am just the type that like music when i work out and back ground noise drives my ADD nuts.

first screw up I had has eating back my work out calories second screw up not measuring my food right (got a nice food scale) third was getting a cheap scale to do my weigh in on. Fourth not logging my work out right. (was using the basic here way over what it should be)

the more you have to lose, the easier it is. I will call bs on this line. I am 321 right now. I work out like a mad women 5 days a week and eat well with in my cal each day. Each person body is different and will lose at it own rate.

could you open your food journal. It would help to see what you had to eat.

It not the exercise that bug me. It's getting all sweaty and nasty. I can not wait to get home and get a shower after my work out. For some reason I can not stand the feel of sweat on my body it gross me out. (ie the reason I work out after i take dh to work).

On work out day I do 1,600 on rest days i do about 1,000. However, On rest days I am cleaning our running around so not true rest days.

get a insulated lunch box and a couple of ice packs. Then you can take real food. I do this each day for my dh he take left over from dinner every day.

Last Saturday I gave in and had a Carl's Jr. double western cheese burger, onion rings and fries. I just has to get back on tack on Monday and keep at it. However it did feel good to have one of my all time favorite burgers. I will not have one for another 6 months but every so often you need to just eat.

I dont log the day to day stuff, however when i do deep house clean I log it. I have over 1,500 home with hard wood floors.
