We all need a little break once in a while, but if you are super worried about sticking to calories even for a special dinner out simply order what you like and eat only half saving the rest for another meal the next day. Be careful not to indulge in the salads as the condiments are killer, remove any croutons and ask for dressing on the side if at all.
Bon Apetit!0 -
A gyro is generally around 550 cals, plus the greek salad, other than that not sure.0
-
chicken gyro, tzatziki on the side. Sub a salad for the fries, dressing on the side.0

I wouldn't worry about it too much.. Just stay away from the fried stuff. We all need to take a break sometimes!0
-
chicken souvlaki and skip the pita0

And are you guys talking about the Chicken gyros wrap with fries, or the other one?0 -
I would get one of the meat options (whichever you prefer--I'd probably get the salmon) and only eat some of the carbs (potato/rice). I usually try to eat all the meat and salad or green veggies first, then if I'm still hungry pick at the potatoes or rice, but then I have a weakness for them. If you are really concerned you may overeat, eat an apple and drink a glass or two of water before you go. Should fill you up to some degree, then if you eat the meat/salad, maybe you'll be full.
Or eat fewer calories for breakfast and lunch than usual.0 -
How many calories do you think the Chicken Souvlaki would be? (three skewers, pita bread, tzatziki and greek salad)0
-
Dont be afraid to be picky. Salmon, sauce on the side, with salad. The calamari maybe, with salad. The mussels sound ok - tomato based. Also the tomato/napoli pasta sounds ok.
Greek is so hard, its all covered in oil! Just try some restraint too, it will be hard, but put down the knife and fork when youre done
Best of luck!0 -
How many calories should I log the Chicken Souvlaki for?
It is tonight I'm going out so I'm still deciding what I should choose:(
anymore suggestions? It would be appreciated!
I'm thinking either:
-Chicken Souvlaki
-Greco Chicken
-Chilli Prawns
-Atlantic salmon0 -
