protein and fat.
I would suggest moving forward, take a few days to log food before you eat it instead of afterwards so you can pre-plan a bit. You will quickly get a good feel for things and eventually you won't have to do this, but it would be a good idea to start.0 -
First of all, what did you eat? And what is the number of carbs you are set at? I can't imagine what you could have eaten that would send you over your entire daily limit of carbs (?)0

Eggs, turkey, chicken, beef, pork, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, pistachios, pecans, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, flax seed, bacon, and water.
And when you have carbs tomorrow, use them for lots of veggies, low glycemic load fruits, and a modest amount of whole grains (rice, quinoa, buckwheat, rolled oats, etc). No more "cereal" or biscuits and gravy. Oh, and use stevia in your coffee, not real sugar.0 -
Don't even worry about it. Just make sure you get your protein in today and try to plan better tomorrow.0

Planning ahead is what works best for me. I have a generalized idea of what my next day will look like and I can tweak it as need depending on variables like exercise calories and what not..... Plan ahead that is the best advice I have to offer..... Best of Luck0

Over carbs at breakfast; hard to imagine. I haven't been able to get my carb count in an entire day yet!0

I had pizza and ice cream yesterday, but I think it was the 2 servings of bean soup that threw me over. One day won't kill ya. I also agree with the pre-plan idea. Sometimes on the weekend I forget to do it, but it's a big help to see what you've got coming up instead of grabbing something random.0

Just stay within your calories and don't worry about it!0 -
could you open your food journal. It would help to see what you had to eat.0

That's another thing to watch on here. Unless it's whole, raw foods, I always check the label and/or enter it as a recipe. There are many, many users who either consider it ok to cheat on their diary, or simply aren't very bright/careful with their entries.0
