I drink loads of it, somewhere between 7 and 15 cups a day! I have however recently changed to de-caf because i had an overload of caffeine which was making me really really tired!! i'm not tired anymore unless i have had a late night but then i have 1 'normal' coffee which perks me up.

I just completed day 8, day 3 and 4 i was really, really sore, but i seem to be fine the day after now! Quite enjoying it actually!

I started yesterday and am planning on moving straight onto insanity!! I did start insanity last year but hurt my tendon in my ankle so had to rest for 4 weeks!!!
