Aww, thank you. I appreciate that. It is a stinker. :-/. I am trying by cutting back on some carbs but I'm not sure that this works too well as I am struggling to consume enough calories now! :-(.

I find some of this highly confusing also but I will try to help. This site will give you the calories you need to eat per day to be able to exist. e.g- for my height and age I should eat about 1900 calories a day but to lose weight safely, I need to eat 500 calories fewer than that ,which means eating 1400 calories a day.…

Perfect! I've been waiting for someone to say those things.I like some 'healthy' foods, I also like some good old fashion fish and chips once and a while. A little of what you fancy does you good. I believe that's how the saying goes. 6lbs lost and moving forward.:tongue:

When I'm using the bike at the gym I use a programme called 'random' which is like travelling up and down hills, but not many stationary bikes at home have those programmes so, another thing you can do is peddle at a decent pace for about 1min 30secs and then increase the pace (fast pace) for 30 secs and keep repeating…

My schedule looks a bit like this; Mon-Gym mixture of cardio and weights 1hr Tues-rest Wed-as Mon Thurs-Zumba 1hr Fri-Zumba or rest if knackered Sat-Gym cardio and weights 1 hr. So please tell me trainer why I still can't lose weight?

Absolutely! Try Zumba ,it is such a good workout and a whole lot of fun too.It's just dancing really using south American styles like;salsa,cuban, hiphop and others. There are loads of classes popping up all over the country. If you go onto the Zumba website you can find a class near you. Good luck.

I love Zumba it's amazing fun and does make you sweat buckets, I have just started doing a 20-30 min session in the mornings before work.
