Open 24 hrs sounds awesome but not being able to use a power rack to squat and DL would be a deal breaker for me. I don't lift crazy heavy or anything (yet) but I think smith machines are the devil and f&@k cardio

Hang in there! You've gotten some great advice! My 2cts would be to start cooking for yourself rather than eating out. I enjoy training more than cardio but its amazing how if you take a few weeks off you can't just jump back where you were...PR for DL 135. Working on my goal of 170. 136. I've always found all the bros in the free weight area to be nice and helpful and usually a little curious.

Love it but I have a terrible time with the playlist feature. My songs just disappear one by one...maybe its the cloud? my phone? but its really irritating and I can't figure out how to stop it.

All I know is when I gave up wine for 8 days my weight did not change. When I gave up cookies for 8 days I lost. A doughnut has about 300 cals. I'd rather use that for a few nice glasses of Pinot Noir.

When I'm in the city I always swing by The Juice Press for the one they have called Mother Earth. It has very little fruit in it, mostly greens. When I go to my fresh juice place up state I also just add one apple and lots of ginger. I Love them but I think the less fruit you add the better off you'll be. Just my 2 cents
