I weigh myself on my Wii fit. One day i hopped on expecting my little Mii to blow back up to obese....and it didn't! I was actually a little under weight! macaroni and cheese....my favorite food of all time...**drool** i avoid it because its high calorie and i can no longer handle the milk products used to make it...its pure torture i dont even like to think about it anymore...:sad:

I can lose on 1200 calories a day...but i become some psycho crazy beast and then i just quit out of misery. I am eating around 1800 and losing slowly and im happy and i actually have to get creative sometimes to use all my calories. It just seems so much easier when i ease myself down instead of a sharp drop in calories.…

I weigh in every day to keep my motivation up, it goes up and down but its steadily going down. I do not officially record my weight in MFP until every Monday though, and that Monday weight is the one I brag about. :wink:

i have super cheap scale from the dollar store...i love it i do have a digital one in a box somewhere but the batteries died and i just put it away and use my cheap one =D

i dont keep any snacky stuff in the house. SO i just stand in the kitchen and gripe cuz i have the munchies, and drink a glass of water or hot tea or some coffee...its slowly getting easier

i have a pair of puma running shoes with some inserts the dr sold me..i have my mother's pitiful feet and they just hurt more the more i weigh. I find propping them up helps alot and never going barefoot thats just misery. I dont know how i survived as a kid i don t think i wore shoes during the summer until i was 9 or 10…

I purchased a two piece swim suit at either target or sears (cant remember) the bottoms were basically shorts they had zipper and everything. I felt so much more comfortable in that suit than my regular panty type bottom. I didnt feel naked running about on the beach. =)
