  • I was not able to weigh in yesterday because it was my gym off day and the two scales at the gym and my scale do not agree. So today I weighed myself and my stats are below SW: 195 CW: 192.4 GW: 155
  • I don't really have any weigh loss goal in particular for the weekly... This is my first real week so I do not know what to expect, so just really looking for some weigh lost this week. Wii tennis burns about 350 calories an hour. I really like it we get all into it!
