Hi...my name is Holley. I will be turning 40 on the thirteenth I was hoping i would be much farther along. I started at 216 I am now 198 but want to get to 165-155. I was there 2 years ago so I know how to do it. One way is through motivation.. Please add me if you would me to be part of your support group

Good Luck with your fast. I know that no matter what there are great benefits to doing this and that in the end your body will thank you. Expect the first two days to be a little rough but hang in there and you will be pleased with yourself.

Thursday:Zip Friday: Zip Saturday: 1176 total for all days: 4522 I think we restart the clock on Sunday so I am posting mine for the week. I wish I had more resolve and was able to work out Thursday and Friday. I am sure based on my rediculous eating that the pound worked off will NOT be seen on the scale. Next week perhaps

The greatest fear I have is the fear of failure. I set myself up in many ways to fail. As far as life in gerneral though i have no fears. I am very adventurous and do lots of things to puch myself beyond where most people would. So I guess I will have to wait until the end of these July challenges to so if indeed I do fail.

So afer this week I have burned 2330. I will make the challenge of 3500 this week. My issue is I can't stop eating. I have eaten a total of 6514 calories. I am supposed to have 4800 calories for the last 4 days. So although I have worked out I have eaten every calorie "earned'. I need to find a way to either work out more…

I have some catching up to do. Was planning on doing more walking last night and ended up with a migraine. tried JM shred this morning and could on do 8 minutes due to said migraine. I use Leslie Sansone Videos on Youtube. She has a 12 minute mile that I walk with. I actually use my iphone to watch her and then watch regular TV so it doens't feel like that hard of a work out but i work up a sweat in no time. The video series is called Walk at Home

Very interesting. I did the online thing and mine calculated to 3 liters. I drank 12 cups (8 oz) yesterday. With 33 oz in a Liter looks like I barely almost made it. Will set this as a personal goal for today as well.

I have done the tough Mudder (12 miles 28 obsticles) MS Mud run (6 miles) and 3 5k mud runs. I have done each of them by myself and would high;y recommend doing this with a friend. Carani, This is the challenge i am planing on doing. I am inherently lazy and need a boost on working out. Another friend of mine and I are both doing the 300-3500 calories burned for 6 days of woking out.

I love love loev the idea of mini challenges throught the month of July. My personal challenges are to eat no sugar and drink no caffiene. Of the challenges listed my favorite is the accountability for working out. I think that would be the one for me to keep my most honest with my progress.

In total I have lost 48 pounds. Since using MFP in January I have lost 25 pounds. For me i have tried to be smart about what i put in my mouth. that has been the hardest. I crave sweets and I have had to learn if it goes in my mouth it counts. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Stared MFP at 185 now at 160. I have more…

I don't have a HRM and use the database for my workout calories. I typically walk fast( used a video to determin it was 4 mph) for 35-45 minutes. It calculates around 300-350. I also live in fl and it is hot as all get out. Do you think I should be using a different number?
