I love it, although I find that I'm using the library of videos on the site right now more than the daily workouts. I have a ton of the DVDs already, but I do like variety. I'm very into strength training right now. So it's nice to have a large selection of videos to choose from. And it's super affordable.

We grow a few veggies (tomatoes, peppers and squash), but we have several flower beds and plantings all around our one-acre yard. Agree with all comments above. Gardening is a great form of exercise with so many benefits!

I love all of the Walk Away the Pounds videos with Leslie Sansome. Mindless and easy. :) I also have Beach Body On Demand, which has P90X, Insanity, etc. So I can change it up with those workouts, and they do a great job of combining cardio and weight/strength training. I just started doing her Walk It Off in 30 Days....3 days a week of 30 -minute walk and 3 30-minute toning sessions. It's a tough workout! I have done her videos for years and love them, but I was wanting something more intense than cardio. So far so good! Her videos really keep me focused.

LOVE my Fitbit! I leave the calories alone. It adds based on activity level. I have found that if I add my exercise to MFP, it's about the same as the Fitbit adjustment.
