NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

I LOVE cheesecake.....but being I am watching my weight I didn't think I could have it any more. Then I found this delicious, no-bake cheesecake recipe. If you use sugar it would be around 6-points per slice (Weight Watchers) and I use Splenda so it would be about 4-points per slice. It is light and fluffy but still creamy with a light lemon taste. It is perfect to take to a pot-luck and a very nice dessert for company. Please give it a try!!

NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE

Ingredients -
8 oz. Cool Whip FREE
8 oz. 1/3 less fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese
9 inch reduced fat Graham Cracker Crust
1/4 cup Splenda OR sugar
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions -
In a large bowl, whip chream cheese (softened), lemon juice and Splenda for a few minutes until fluffy. Add Cool Whip and whip until smooth. Spoon mixture into a pie crust and CHILL for a few hours until firm. Cut into 8 equal slices. ENJOY!!

    There is a WW recipe out there somewhere that calls for
    1 WW yogurt
    1 box sugar free jello
    1 brick FF cream cheese
    1 small tub sugar free cool whip.
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

    I'm not sure if that is right or not, but I'm sure you could google it. It is amazing! And for some reason I was thinking it was less points...but that could be on the old points plan.

    I plugged that into the recipe calculator, since I don't do weight watchers points.

    8 slices per cheesecake:

    220 kcal/slice 26 CHO 10 FAT 3 PRO
