I struggle with starbucks drinks too. I would drink two a day and at 260+ calories plus all the sugar it hurts my goals ( but gives me satisfaction at that moment). OP: I haven't given up fast food. I can go to McDonald's and get a side salad and grilled chicken breast for about $3 and I find its around the same caloric count as a sandwich on bread with a bag of chips. I can't drink anything with 'fake or artificial' sugar, so I understand your frustration! I just mix it up honestly.
