I had a great running NSV today (successfully completed C25K week 5 day 3), so as a reward I bought myself a new running outfit. Snapped a quick picture and was floored by my appearance. I've lost almost 30 pounds, but couldn't see it.

Iv lost close to two stone now (i joined this when id lost some weight) and I am so happy with the results, I dont even feel like binging!!!

Thanks
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: I do C25K (Stretching before, stretching and foam roller after)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: I lift weights (about 45 minutes) and 30 minutes of cardio cross-training (usually the ARC trainer or stationary bike)
Sunday: Glorious rest day!
As for the shoes, I recommend getting your gait analyzed at a running store. I have a neutral gait.0 -
