Thats way too much sodium..probably a days worth in just subway.....eat a bunch of healthy snacks....try eating six 300 calorie meals through out the day.....having your stomach shrink will help when you get to you goal weight.....eating a foot long in one hour will keep it stretched out

Its very expensive unless you throw parties and get people under you...its very much like a pyramid.....the more people who sign up under you and so on you start to make money.

I started this journey new years at 280.8 and I'm about 6' 1..as of last wed I'm down to 236.4. I'm close to posting pictures probably at 230 I will bring 50 pounds down.

I just bought a polar rs300x for about 125... You can go 50 meters...I really like mine

I know its not the best, but for fast food..I learned to have a whopper jr no mayo, side garden salad and I use half of the dressing of the light italian or light vinegarette...comes to 360 calories for the whole meals...fills me up since my stomach has now shrunk.

We are adults, there is absolutely no reason to tell everyone..omg I went over 100 in my calories..its just wanting attention.

Whats helping me, is eating towards my daily calorie limit...working out and never eating back the calories I burned..seems a decent amount on here do from reading other threads, but I don't.

Broken record, eat healthy meals..not meat and cheese rolls...and I Strongly recommend cardio with some weight lifting..join a gym it will help your weight loss..if something helps you lose weight, ie exercise. Then why arnt you doing it? I actually enjoy going to the gym now and as weird as it sounds there are nights…

I've heard that if you consume over 40 grams of protein in each shake you piss it out because your kidneys (body) can't process that much....if you stay under your calorie intake, excess protein won't be stored as fat, but burned since your in calorie deficit...I'm sure your just fine if you just start under you goal

Idk, right now I do 45 min on the treadmill on max incline 15 and 3.6 mph each and ever day.

I also started january 1st.. Didn't weigh myself till jan 5th and was 280.8... Wed are my weigh in days and I'm now 258.6. I'm real similar in goals also....with start weight and when I want to achieve it....side note excellent job on 80 pounds lost !!!
