that's ALL that i drink any more.. soda (pop) makes me sick and sometime juice has too many calories.. i also drink coffee but not a lot maybe a cup or 2 a day..

I was on WW for 6 months awhile ago..i lost 25 lbs.. great.. but i couldn't keep up with the meetings and the points system kind of confused me.. MFP easy.. no calculating "points" straight and to the point.. and MFP is free.. the reason i joined over WW

sometimes i just don't want to plan ahead.. just go with the flow but unfortunately there are not always healthy choices. so if i dont plan ahead i will not be as successful as i would have been.. so i plan ahead

i just burned over 1000 calories riding my bike.. i wasnt going to eat anything.. but then i made a fruit smoothie with protein powder.. drank all of that still hungry.. i ate hummus (4 tbls =100 calories) and honey wheat pretzels (15 = 160 calories) feeling a little better.. good luck..

I started January 1. I started at 225. I'm down 42 lbs as per MFP. My highest weight was 228 and i count all the weight I've lost against that, so from my highest i have lost 45 lbs. and i have a least another 40 to go..

Hi, i just joined the group. I am 31 yr old. I am from Morris county nj. I have 2 boys age 10 and 5 (they keep me very active) and i work full time at a popular retail store. I started on MFP in January and i have lost 42 ish pounds.

I also see it(or don't see it ;p). I have lost 40 in 5 months.. i see the difference in clothing sizes but i don't always see it on my body.. i'm afraid for the future and the way i will see myself when i reach my goal weight i wont see how great i look.. we need to stay strong and believe our loved ones..

my motivation just happened if that makes sense.. i went to look at what my short term goal is.. and i just realized i only have 13 lbs to go to be -50lb.. wow...

Congratulations on the 7 pounds.. that's a great start.. I recently stalled on my weight loss and i realized that i wasn't eating enough. Make sure that your ~net calories~ is at least 1200. That's what worked for me. Stay Strong.. It will come..

i like going to famous footware with coupons... you could also try Kohl's they always have shoes on sale.. coupons can be your best friend.. also maybe find a pair you like and see if you can find them online cheaper..
