My 9 Month Journey
My first 5k was today.. i ran it in 38.31.. i did NOT do c25k. this was all me. I ran my first ever mile 6/6/12 (ever not even in HS could i run a mile) and i ran my first 5k today 3 months and 3 days later. in the past 9 months i have lost 60lbs since my highest weight and 58 on MFP. Relay for Life
So I have a question. Our towns Relay for Life is coming up. I will be participating again this year. But this will be the first time doing it while on MFP. Goals this week
my goals for this week.. 1. only weigh myself 6x this week.. ( i know this sounds funny but i weigh myself ALOT) 2. eat more fruits and veggies 3. workout in the morning before work at least 3x this week.. what are your goals??

My first MINI goal reached!!!!
I have been with MFP since1/1/12.. this morning i woke up for the first time and saw the scale had a 1 not a 2 as the first number.. I REACHED MY FIRST MINI GOAL. I have lost 26 with MFP and 30 since my highest weight. Im soooo happy.. im doing it... just thought I'd share
