I'm sending you a friend request now. I've done most of the program before, but got hurt. :/ Bad shoes. I've got week 5 day day 2 Thursday. Today was easier than I expected so I'm looking forward to that! Are you planning on running in any races when you finish the program?

That's AWESOME! Congrats! :)

I did most of the program before-then I got hurt. :( Issue of bad shoes more than anything though. I'm doing it again now, and am on Week 5 Day 1 now and can't wait to be able to do 5k races! I'd LOVE for people to add me to support each other. It's really a great program.

Awesome job! That's a HUGE NSV!! Before you know it you'll be running 5 minutes, then 10, then 15 and so on. If you haven't already, check out the C25K program. I'm finishing up week 6 now, and I can't recommend it enough.

You look AMAZING! Great job! Keep it up!!

I was thinking age might be influencing it.

Well I used this site: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/bmr-calculator.html Then I tried this site: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and got 1,893. MFP's calculator says 1,815 Am I doing something wrong?

This is a thread I need right now. My dad made cookies and it's KILLING me knowing they are there. Even if I have the calories, I feel like I need to justify it and shouldn't eat anything bad EVER. Of course, that's setting myself up for failure....but it's a hard mentality to break. Any suggestions on dealing with the…

Hey I'm Megan! This is my second (or third...) time on here too and I'm also looking for friends. I haven't decided exactly how much weight I want to lose, but it's between 70-100 pounds. Wherever I feel comfortable. Feel free to add me! :)
