I have not told anyone unless they ask if I have lost weight, and what/how I have been doing it. Husband still has not noticed. (or at least has not said anything)

soak your hair in the shower first-that way the chlorinated water will not soak in to your hair. And wear a bathing cap. I have tried conditioner on my hair before swimming, but it caused the bathing cap to slide off.

I have the same question/problem. Yesterday I almost doubled my calorie allotment with exercise (+1123 calories). Do I eat all of that back?? Yikes!

On a similar note, cauliflower can make a great pizza crust. I made it last week, and we could not get enough, (even kids!)
