I love walking on the treadmill! Every cardio machine has its own TV, so if Friends reruns are on, I could stay on the treadmill for two hours! Fage is my favorite, because I can choose how much of the sugary fruit I want to consume. Chobani flavors are amazing (blood orange!), but they're already mixed in. I've finally gotten used to eating Greek yogurt plain, so I'm looking forward to saving some $ by buying the big plain Fage container!

A topic right up my alley :) I dark chocolate with pomegranate or acai. Trader Joe's Powerberries are awesome, and Costco makes a really good version too, I think they're called Brookside? They have a ton of antioxidants.

If you belong to a gym, I love going to classes! Spin, Zumba, and yoga are my favorites. There are awesome workout DVD's that you can do at home. There is also a Zumba game for Wii! Oh, and make a great playlist on your ipod to make the time go faster when working out!
