I dont thinl there is anything to 'believe' there is a lot of scientific evidence to show that eating too few calories slows down your metabilism. it doesnt mean you wont lose weight. it just means it will be slowly and your more likely to put it back on again

its summer here. and today was 37 deg c. that over 100 f. tomorrow will be even hotter because of this a gym is my best option. I dunno maybe ill go look at some tomorrow

Frozen doesnt equal crap necessarily. Frozen vegies are just as healthy as fresh, and in many places more so as they are snap frozen at the time of picking, instead of being sold 'fresh' in the shops weeks later.
