So the doctor started me on Viibryd, she said it was weigh neutral..Hope it helps..anxiety level is out of control

I log all activities on mfp...today I ran on the treadmill...at first when fitbit synced it sent over my calories after I entered the exercise in mfp and what times they automatically adjusted correctly.

A TDEE calculator told me 1957, but my BMR by mfp says 1480...so???? What is the difference in those two..I think I am putting to much thought into it...
