My husband was just telling me about that Carl's Jr. Footlong Cheeseburger. I think he said it was 1,000 calories. Not good for you at all but if that's all you ate all day you'd stay under your calorie count. LOL! Although, for many, that's just one meal. Terrible.

I'm not a big fan of water but I easily kill 3-4 glasses when I exercise. I log mine but I'm new so maybe I'm not sick of doing it yet. I've also lowered my goal to 6 so I don't feel so bad when I don't make it. For some reason, 8 is just intimidating. But surprisingly, I usually make it to 7 or 8 and sometimes 9.

For On-The-Go protein - Cook chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces. Toss it in a ziplock bag and you're ready to roll. It's pretty filling and keeps you from loading up on junk when you're out and about.

I lost 20lbs a couple of years ago strictly dieting. I was a stay-at-home mom with a new baby so very little physical activity outside of the home. Definitely do-able! Good luck!!!

That's what my goal is David. I want to be one of those fitness hotties. Right now I'm really crackin' down on the crap I eat in hopes of making those muscles show a little more. I'm open to any suggestions.

I agree Deb! The only reason I don't have more fruits listed is because I'm all out. LOL! Farmer's Market tomorrow so I'll stock up. Also, I charted a sandwich and no carbs popped up for that. Weird.

Ugh! And I have a headache. This is day one of the cut calories for me. I know I'll have to sort of test the waters to see what exact intake gives me the results I want.

I've had less than 1200 calories today and worked out for over an hour. I think I need them. I don't want my body to start grabbing on to my fat and using it for fuel inturn making me gain weight. I thought this was a science? LOL! Thanks all! PB sounds good too!
