Pasta - Whole Grain vs Regular
I'm looking over the nutrition facts for both and they're pretty much the same. The only difference is the whole grain pasta has 41 carbs and the regular pasta has 42, and there's more fiber in the whole grain of course. Question about Strength Training Calories Burned
How do you track the calories you burn while doing strength or heavy weight training on here? I usually log my exercise from my phone and calories burned doesn't show up. Will it show up if I add it on the actual website? Thanks!

Exercising with a disability
I have a friend with the same disease as me but she's a bit worse off than I am. She is impaired in her left arm and she is left handed. Protein
I am consistently getting more protein then my recommended daily intake here at MFP. I drink a protein shake after each workout in which I am getting 18g of protein from just that. I know protein is a good thing but can too much be bad? I'm done chowin' for the day and I'm 39g over. Yesterday I was 31g over.
